Healthy Yogurt Bark

A healthy freezer snack that feels like dessert—Greek yogurt, chocolate, berries, granola, and honey. Perfect for busy days and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (some melted, some left whole)

  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup granola

  • Honey, to drizzle (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread a thick, even layer of whole milk Greek yogurt onto the parchment.

  3. Melt some of the chocolate chips and drizzle over the yogurt.

    • Tip: Leave some chips unmelted to sprinkle on top for extra texture and sweetness.

  4. Sprinkle evenly with strawberries, blueberries, and granola.

  5. Finish with a light drizzle of honey.

  6. Freeze for 2–4 hours, or until completely firm.

  7. Break into pieces and store in a zip-top bag in the freezer.
