Tropical Smoothie

A tropical, fiber-rich smoothie made with mango, pineapple, spinach, and a touch of flaxseed — mess-free, toddler-approved, and perfect for busy days!

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

  • ⅓ cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • ¼ cup fresh spinach leaves (loosely packed)

  • ¼ cup coconut water (add a splash more if needed for blending)

  • ½ tsp ground flaxseed (optional, for healthy fats + fiber)

Instructions:

  1. Add mango, pineapple, spinach, coconut water, and flaxseed (if using) to a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth. Add a tiny splash more coconut water if needed to reach desired texture.

  3. Pour into a silicone pouch or cup. Serve immediately, refrigerate, or freeze for later use.
