Prune Oatmeal

A gentle, tummy-friendly oatmeal that helps ease constipation for little ones.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 prunes (dried and pitted)

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, bring ½ cup of water to a boil.

  2. Add the two prunes and simmer for two to three minutes until soft.

  3. Transfer the softened prunes and all of the cooking water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Return the prune purée to the pot, stir in ¼ cup of oats, and cook until the oatmeal is soft and creamy.

  5. Let cool and serve!
